Circuit Training Program

This circuit training program is designed in a guided format based on sets, reps, and progressive overload. This will allow you to fine tune your workouts and maximize your results over time. We recommend this program if you're looking to learn a style of training that's effective and more in-line with how we personally train to reach our goals. Transitioning from follow along workouts can take some adjusting but we have helpful resources to help you take advantage of what circuit training has to offer:

Follow Along Program

We understand that circuit training has a learning curve and it's not for everyone. That's why we have the follow along program that is more in line with how you train with our YouTube workouts. While circuit training can be more effective, we always recommend committing to a program that will give you the best chance at being consistent. The follow along program is built for consistency, effectiveness, and fun with the motivation built into each workout. About Juice & Toya

Personal Trainers & Content Creators

We are Juice and Toya- personal trainers in Los Angeles, CA, and together we own a personal training company; One Body LA. We began our personal training careers in 2015, after completing our bachelors degrees in Nutritional Science and Sports Medicine. We began our training careers with the purpose of helping to inspire and motivate as many people as we could to reach their health and fitness goals. We understand that everyone’s fitness journeys begin differently, with different end goals in mind. Therefore, we aim to create content that allows every individual an opportunity to get better each day- regardless of their fitness level. So whether you’re looking to build strength, build muscle, lose body fat or simply looking to get in quality movement each day- we’ve got your covered. We also offer modifications within our workouts, to help you safely progress to a more advanced level. Given all of this- the most important aspect of our training style is to make exercise enjoyable to help keep you consistent. Our goal is to create a community of motivating and inspiring people who not only want to create better lifestyle habits for themselves, but also be an encouragement to others in the community as well!

Yes, you will need dumbbells for this program.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, this program can be done at home, the gym or anywhere you have access to dumbbells.
How long will each workout be?
About 30-45 minutes, but can be tailored by adjusting reps and sets when needed.
